Homepage of the Ice Cream Cabin based in Buckie, Moray, Scotland, The ice cream cabin is a family owned ice cream and confectionery shop in the fishing town of Buckie in the North East of Scotland. It was bought by Dougall and Moira Simpson in 1995. The purchase of the shop included the recipe for vanilla ice cream, which was all that was made at that time. Now 14 years on they have an impressive cabinet which has at any one time 24 different flavours of both ice cream and sorbet all made on the premises
