Cleaning for students
The "Mister" group of companies (www.mister.org.uk) provide reliable and affordable quality student accommodation cleaning throughout Leicester and Loughborough. The service includes all educational establishments: College Accommodation, University Accommodation and Halls of Residence (on or off the campus) plus privately owned Student accommodation locally. End of Tenancy - Most Landlords and Letting Agents require rented properties to be cleaned up to a professional standard so the property is ready for the new tenancy to begin. An inventory is made to assess the condition of the property and the info used to decide if any deductions should be made from the tenant’s deposit. Even if your rented property has not been damaged at all, deductions can still be made to cover the costs for the end of tenancy cleaning if it has not been done!
