Ferndown Powder Coatings Ltd was established Sept 2001. The owner has had over 20 years experience and we have been thriving ever since! We pride ourselves in our quality, speed of turnaround and extreme value for money. We are based on the large, and easily reached, Ferndown Industrial Estate in Dorset, just off of the A31 which is the main route into the South West of the UK. We specialise in Powder Coating using our three box ovens, the largest of which is 6 meters long x 3.4 meters wide x 3.5 meters high. This is one of the largest box ovens in the Dorset and enables us to cater for customers with very large items. The Ferndown Powder Coatings unit itself is also very large. It has three spray booths each with it's own oven, running continuously throughout the day, optimizing this space. There is a large, secure yard providing ample drop off space, and plenty of storage. Our staff are all very vigilant on quality control, checking the work thoroughly before packing it securely ready for delivery back to the customer. We are especially proud of our new paint stripping and alloy wheel refurbishment service. This has proved to be extremely popular! Other services we provide include: Alloy Wheel Refurbishment, Wet spraying, Sandblasting, Paint stripping, cleaning in our Vixen Spraywash and Phosphating machine, Chemical pre-treatments and a pickup and delivery service.
