Coloured Horse Breeders
We breed and sell Coloured Horses currently (2012) sired by Lostock King of the Hill, soon to be sired by our own Homozygous colts with the blood line of Lostock King of the Hill. Our horses are from day one lovingly cared for by our breeder (Sian Davis) and her able assistants. Normally weaned after 6 months from their mothers having been handled daily so when you come to see them and hopefully buy one or more they will be friendly and used to human company. Barfield Stud is based in the beautiful North Cornwall countryside (7 miles inland from the coast) so a visit to the coast can also be tagged onto a visit to see us. We can also suggest transporters that deliver to any part of the United Kingdom and Europe in fact one of our foals went to a new owner on the Scottish borders who bought him on sight of the internet photos and was absolutely delighted when he arrived. We have another 12 foals due spring this year and have a few youngstock left from previous years (as at Jan 12) Please ring Sian if you need more intormation or a chat about one of our horses.
