Confidentiality
Confidentiality is so important where issues of mental health are concerned. Cerebrum guard client confidences to the extent that we tell no one where we are until they become a client (only our Head Office address is published). Payments are cash only and receipts personal rather than company, so no paper trail. Correspondence when necessary is sent to any address the client stipulates. Courses are provided at an adult education centre where many courses are available. Our courses are not advertised there. Please visit our wesite for full details of our privacy practices.
