Our first project was to work in partnership with local transport companies to offer at cost transport to local Adult Social Care Housing Schemes arranging trips for its service users to destinations such as Brighton, Hastings, Folkstone, Dover Castle In addition we have forged a partnership with a local Medway Pharmacy and on a voluntary basis using staff that have been Enhanced CRB vetted to deliver over 5000 prescriptions over the past year to patients that cannot travel or collect thier medication
