Resolutions Adolescent Fostering Team is a jointly funded partnership of four local authorities, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil and Vale of Glamorgan. These four authorities have combined resources to create a first class specialised fostering service. Resolutions specialises in offering two categories of placement for young people aged between 10 and 18 years of age. We offer planned placements for young people who present challenging behaviour and have experienced previous placement breakdown. We also offer placements for young people who are involved in the criminal justice system.

Resolutions aims to provide high quality, well-supported foster placements that achieve successful outcomes for young people placed with our carers
