We are a property marketing agency offering an affordable option for people wanting to sell their home, with the level of service you would expect from a High Street Agent, but without the same price tag!
We have 2 simple options:
Option 1: Pay As You Go - 3 easy, low cost instalments at the key milestones of the sale. You pay just £295 (NO VAT) when you're happy with the adverts and marketing; £295 (NO VAT) upon agreeing a sale, and then just £595 (AGAIN NO VAT) upon completion!
Option 2: A simple fixed flat fee of just £1500 (NO VAT) upon completion!
