I provide counselling, psychotherapy, life-coaching and counselling supervision in the North Dorset and Bournemouth areas. With psychology and counselling training & nearly 20 yrs' experience my integrative therapy and empathic support has helped thousands of adults, young people and couples with all kinds of issues. Over the past 19 years I have worked in private practice and various settings including Relate, several Dorset schools or colleges, and have been counsellor to the staff of JPMorganChase and local NHS employees. In addition to my psychology degree and counselling diploma, I am also trained and experienced in stress management, working with young people, group work and counselling supervision. I am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS), which means that all my work is backed up by a recognised Code of Ethics. I also hold an Enhanced Disclosure CRB Certificate and professional indemnity insurance.
