My name is Phil Hoffer and I'm the founder of Sunflower Counselling. I am a compassionate, caring counsellor that strives to 'meet' each client in their world. I attempt to work in a straight forward manner, keeping mumbo jumbo to a minimum and I can work in a variety of ways to suit your situation. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP) and I adhere to their ethical framework. I've also received training to provide online counselling and I'm a member of the Online Therapy Institute (OTI) and the Association of Counsellosr & Therapists Online (ACTO).I can offer a choice of face to face sessions (based in consultation rooms in Cardiff) or online sessions.
