Lone Worker Protection Solution
As part of our Workforce Management App suite, we provide a Lone Worker Protection solution. This comes in the form of Crystal Ball's mobile phone and web based application, which allows employees working alone to raise a panic alarm to alert their employers should they need urgent assistance. The application uses GPS tracking technology to pin point where your lone workers are working on a Google Maps interface and allows an administrator to place the lone worker into a Welfare check session. This is a timed session that requires the lone worker to update their mobile app to say they are well and safe at regular intervals. If no response has been received after the time elapses, then an alert will be sent to the administrator and help can be sent to investigate. Crystal Ball's LWP app is BS8484 accredited and also has an option to connect directly into a BS 5979 CAT II 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
