Lotus Petal Healing is a Preston based company offering Yoga and Reiki in the local area. A private beginners hatha yoga group class is held at UCLan Sports Arena as a 6 week progressive term. This is suitable for people with little or no experience of yoga. Free parking at venue and studio equipment provided. Teaching style is gentle, encouraging students to move within and beyond their limitations.
