It is taken for re-use or recycling in a manner which is consistent with current EU and UK Laws under the WEEE Directive and the Regulations relating to equipment classified as hazardous waste. To conform we have obtained the mandatory licences required under the new legislation and include DCF, ATF and AATF status.
