We're looking for residents who would be interested in serving as a member of the Council's Independent Remuneration Panel We have a legal responsibility to assess the condition of privately owned residential properties in West Lancashire We have a number of core customer service standards which apply to all customers and staff The information collected will give us a clear picture about the condition of housing within West Lancashire and help us inform future investment decisions such as how and what sort of housing assistance we may give to help people improve their homes
