Rentokil responded quickly to my query regarding rodents in my kitchen, and had George, who is in charge of my area, phone me in a matter of few hours. He patiently listened to all my concerns and came to visit for inspection in the afternoon. His reports came in later next day (as promised - which not a lot of surveyor / workmen in London do!) which was thorough and to the point, and giving practical solutions which were easy to follow. Without this report, complete with all the photos of the areas not easy to see, I highly doubt my landlord would have been able to understand the gravity of the situation. George was also friendly, knowledgeable and polite, and even had shoe covers to wear inside my kitchen - I'm a Japanese national so it's important people don't walk about outdoor shoes in my home. A reassuring regular visit , despite Covid lockdown
Mark Thurman phoned ahead to make sure I was expecting him; arrived on time , with all the requisite equipment . He works neatly , quietly and efficiently , and is polite in manner . He made an appropriately careful survey of the traps around the house . In all , he is a good ambassador for Rentokil , who have looked after my house for some years now .
