Aspire Aikido London teaches the Japanese Martial Art of Aikido with a strong emphasis on the basics of Iwama Ryu style.Aikido can help to build confidence, fitness and positive mindset. It also teaches self defence, and it a non-agressive, non-competitive Martial Art.Classes are every Thursday evening, 8pm to 9.30pm - starting on 2nd Feb 2012, and the class on Thursday 2nd Feb will be free for all who want to come along, whether it is to participate or observe.
