Creative Thrills and Reading Skills

KS2 English learning that connects with children on a real, human, personal level and builds from their passions and goals. When I was a teaching assistant in primary schools, I saw how creative and innovative children are, but it was a shame to see it squeezed out of their school curriculum. That's why I celebrate imagination with creative writing, thought-provoking discussions and inspirational stories and poems. I plan each lesson around children's interests and goals, and I create fun and personalised learning with games, quizzes and songs. I have a qualification in English literature & education (BA Hons) and a combined 5 years of tutoring / teaching assistant experience. Tutoring 1:1 over Zoom.

My daughter's English language and creative thinking has improved vastly

Ryan has been tutoring my daughter who is in Year 7 for approximately 6 months now. The sessions are once a week and had been face to face up until lockdown. The sessions are now via zoom. Ryan ensures the sessions are structured and he sets homework to compliment the learning. My daughter's English language and creative thinking has improved vastly. She enjoys her sessions. I would highly recommend Ryan.
