Grow Your Own Lamb is based at Rowhorne Farm, which is set in 50 acres of beautiful Devon countryside and woodlands We have therefore taken the views expressed by our visitors and have developed Grow Your Own Lamb, to enable our customers to sit down to a meal, where they can say they have produced everything on the plate and know exactly where all of it has come from We thoroughly believe that customers should be fully informed and be able to understand the different steps involved and we have therefore created Visitor Days to enable customers to witness at first hand "blessing" of the Ewes by the Rams, lambing, animal husbandry and shearing We believe in the production of wholesome meat, produced without the need for growth hormones, forced feeding or pumping the meat full of water, which some producers favour
