Senior corporate leaders improve leadership style by working with horses
In Dec 2011, a group of IT Program Managers and Directors from a large global corporation increased their leadership impact, with presence and confidence. Leaders by Nature Ltd led them through 2 days of innovative leadership development training, working with horses. The course involved leading the horses through a variety of different exercises and the leaders gained direct feedback from the horses on their leadership style, as well as improving how they worked as a team. This is truly profound learning that has a lasting effect. These senior leaders stepped out of their comfort zone, with courage and confidence and made a powerful impact. They ended the two days knowing how to lead and influence others in a variety of situations, including working under pressure and dealing with challenging clients and team members.
