Check In Report
A Check In report is conducted with the tenants as they enter the property for the first time. Our inventory clerk and the tenants go through the property room by room with the inventory and agree to the condition of each item to reduce the chance of a dispute at the end of the tenancy. Also anything that needs highlighting to the tenants can be done at this time. This may include things like how the boiler works or where to find the water stopcock. Once completed the tenants and the clerk sign the document ready for when the tenants leave the property at the end of their tenancy.
