Tang Soo Do is a semi-contact martial art suitable for children and adults from 6 to 60. The Bedfordshire Dal Poon Tang Soo Do Academy is part of the European Tang Soo Do Federation. The Academy has clubs throughout Bedfordshire - our classes are run by professional IMA approved instructors, maintain public liability insurance and are fully CRB checked. All our clubs welcome novices and experts alike.
