At Deliciously Wild we are passionate about providing the finest quality, locally sourced wild venison. We endeavour to source all of our meat within a 75-mile radius of our state-of-the-art Food Standards Agency approved facility near Penrith, one of the largest of its kind in the UK.We are raising awareness of the benefits of eating wild venison and playing a key role in promoting a more sustainable approach to red meat consumption. Local sourcing means healthier wild deer populations, reduced food miles and less emissions contributing to climate change. We want to help move venison from a parochial product people eat once a year, if at all, to a more mainstream option of choice people eat at least once a month. Our initial focus is on supplying the North West of England.
