East West Day Services provide preventative services to people who may have underlying relapsing conditions such as addiction, stress, anxiety, anger, low self esteem, and depression which often cause health problems and can lead to alcohol, illicit drug and medication dependency. We also offer mindfulness meditation training workshops for relapse prevention.
