That's right, gone are the days when you have drop your computer into a store or wait at home all day for the repairer not to show. Our Process We will initially diagnose the problem, thus allowing us to determine the precise fault with your machine using advanced diagnostic techniques. We will then quote for the repair and if you wish not to proceed, there is a no obligation policy and only callout charge will be invoiced at just £20. If you choose to have the work carried out a fixed fee charge for the work of £60 will be charged (not including any parts that may be needed), however, call out will be Free, If we are unable to fix the problem you will not be charged at all, no fix no fee.
