For best results the following should be completed 1. Vacuum Carpet. 2. Pre Spray carpets & treat stains. 3. Extract soil from carpet with commercial type hot water extraction machine. 4. Shut off pump on machine and give area a drying pass to extract as much water as possible to speed up the drying process. 5. If furniture needs to be moved carpet protectors should be placed under the feet of the furniture . Carpets inherently retain between 5% and 15% of the water, so it is always recommended that the room being cleaned is kept warm and well ventilated to speed up the drying process. On areas that Require Stain treatment, the stain will be treated with the appropriate stain remover and then the area will be Rinsed clean. (Please be aware that not all stains can be removed)
