I am a general hypnotherapist and an easibirthing® specialist. I work particularly with pregnant mothers and support them in birthing techniques. I teach them how to create an ideal mental state to have a calm and easy birth, both ideal for the mother and baby. There is a large number of clinical evidence of the benefits of easibirthing® for both mother and baby. Pregnant women will benefit through my easibirthing hypnotherapy by reaching a state of deep relaxation, visualisation and mind strengthening techniques, maintaining control over her birthing all the way up to her labour day. The mother is nurtured to develop a positive attitude and to change her expectations of birth, so that it helps to calm her, assisting the natural process.
