Our residential park home cabin range is the result of careful research on current existing log cabins, static caravan style cabins and caravans. We have consistently been dissapointed with what seems to be a given in the cabin world, cheap, poor quality interiors surrounded by 'quick and easy', including at times flimsy exteriors. Our model not only meets current residential British Standards but goes above and beyond! Large interiors, a huge wet-room style bathroom, two double bedrooms and plenty of space. See the images for yourself. Our lodges have a unprecedented 200mm insulation in the roofing and walls, making our lodges passive. External walls are cladded with the finest Siberian Larch thus rendering the lodges tough, durable and very sustainable, so no need to re-new your lodge every 5 years. Gray water systems can also be fitted as an optional extra. We think you will struggle to find a cabin that comes close to ours 'like for like'. Our residential cabin will come as standard with all the essentials that includes a fully working kitchen with hob, oven and cooker, combi fridge freezer all with UK warranties. The bathrooms have pre-installed toilets with bidets, shower compartments and wash basins with mixer taps. Please see our full list of specs for more details. Modular Timber Cabins Ltd, have made the purchase and sitting of our cabins very simple. Included in the price of our cabins you will get: delivery to your site, the crane required for placing cabins in situ and all electrics are dead tested and certificated. Final installation of all mains services can also be catered for. A full one stop service. Also if required we can organise an on-going maintenance schedule.
