We understand that quality cleaning is of great importance to a holiday let property, and has a major impact on how a guest enjoys their stay and reviews your apartment. Our cleaners are all in-house, and by not outsourcing, we have control over the quality of our AirBnB cleaning service. Our cleaners take pride in their work, and by working in specific areas of Edinburgh, they become familiar with the apartments that they clean and their individual differences when cleaning. We use a visual checklist system for our properties, so that we can see remotely the progress of our cleans, and raise any issues in the apartments on a real-time basis, as well as ensure that they are presented consistently every time. A good night's sleep is also on most guest's priority list, and to assist with this, we make our linen a top priority. We use high quality satin stripe linen, and white fluffy towels throughout our properties, which is laundered, pressed, and pulled tight on every bed for guests to sink down into. We also provide basic toiletries to guests including hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. When we first take your property on, your apartment will be required to have an initial deep clean, this is a thorough clean of the property over a longer period than during a turnover.
