ButeykoKent offers training in the Buteyko Method to reduce chronic hidden hyperventilation(CHV). CHV is involved with over a hundred common diseases including asthma, hay fever, sinusitis, hypertension, panic attacks, stress, sleep apnoea, digestive problems, angina, etc.Course are based on five 90 minute modules over three weeks or less.Asthma patients are guaranteed benefit if they follow the training given.
