Tree Services offered: Tree Felling & Removal Should a tree become dangerous or no longer required, there are many processes to be considered to ensure the removal is conducted properly without any risk of damage to property. This might be the case if the tree is old, infected, or if it simply cannot be in the position it's currently growing for one reason or another. Here at Nottingham Tree Surgeons, we have professional skills, tools and the knowledge to ensure that all trees are removed efficiently. All aspects are thoroughly planned and a methodical process of work followed, no matter the location or accessibility. Tree Pruning & Crown Reduction Overgrown trees can cast shadows on gardens that cause them to grow less fruit, block sunlight into houses or simply grow too close to buildings or other features. Pruning will allow light to be admitted, helping gardens grow better and allowing for better shape to the tree as well as letting the tree grow stronger and healthier overall.

Hedge Trimming & Maintenance A well-managed hedge adds a touch of style to your property, acting as the perfect boundary providing privacy and wind protection. We provide all hedges with a sharp trim or a full reshape where necessary to give it neat lines and stimulate growth. By regularly maintaining your hedges they will not become a nuisance or a hazard. Stump Grinding & Removal A tree stump can be both a sight for sore eyes and a potential tripping hazard. Our professional service removes stumps safely and effectively, leaving the area perfectly clear for you to use for whatever purpose you desire, be it planting more flowers, turfing the lawn, or simply clearing an obstruction. Emergency Tree Work & Storm Damage Clearance With unpredictable weather sometimes tree damage can occur. If you have a tree that has fallen, or branches that have been damaged and could cause an accident our emergency tree work team can get to you, quickly, efficiently and safely to clear the hazards. Tree Health & Disease Management Sick trees can pose a serious threat if they are left untreated. We examine the health of trees and if there are any diseases, pests, or problems we can diagnose and if possible treat them. If a tree cannot be saved from an aggressive infestation, then the most reasonable solution would be to recommend it being removed to prevent the problem spreading to other trees. Tree Planting & Advice Do you require trees for your property? Then our experienced team will be able to plant the right type of tree for your situation and provide you with the right advice about how to care for your new tree so it establishes a strong root system and can be enjoyed for years to come. Our Commitment to Safety & Sustainability All our work is carried out with safety at the forefront, we use professional equipment and adhere to the industry's best working practices and all our work is fully insured providing peace of mind that you and the environment are protected during our work. We have also implemented an environmentally friendly system by where ever possible all the wood chippings are recycled and made into compost or firewood to cut down on landfill waste. We are also happy to leave the customer with the chippings for them to be used around their garden. At Nottingham Tree Surgeons, we are pleased to offer you a totally free, no obligation tree survey.
