We provide local expert advice on insurance and risk management to businesses and agriculture and have a high street presence for private clients, motor, household and travel insurance needs. We develop long standing relationships, some clients have been with us for over 30 years. We have an in-house claims department and are always happy to help and advise on client needs. Dixon and Watt first opened in Carlisle and opened the Penrith office a few years later in 1981. We moved to our current high street location in 1986. We were subsequently acquired by Smart & Cook in 2006 and eventually merged with 2 other companies to form Bluefin. We currently have 21 staff including our 2 apprentices from the local area. We are always looking to support the community and grow where we can.
