A special birthday cheesecake
One of our delicious cheesecakes, this time themed around a snickers chocolate bar. Layers of vanilla and peanut butter cheesecake, swirled together with dollops of homemade caramel. Topped with a luscious chocolate ganache, mixed with whole peanuts and finished off with piped swirls of ganache and chunks of snickers and caramel.
