Our Culture and Quality The Directors have always been involved in the coach industry originating from the family run coach company in previous years. A & B Coach Travel has been around for over 20 years now and still aims to offer that family run feel. As the company has expanded over the years this has been a key part of their success and rewards itself on keeping in touch with the family run business which it is. Although we are able to offer job security and career progression, the family run aspect is a key part of the business model and is still present when looking forward. We believe that this is a key part in being able to offer a great and enjoyable trip for the customers and believe that it is one that makes people come back again and again offering repeat business. As long as the staff are happy in what they do we believe that this is passed on to the effort they put in and the customer satisfaction. This represents our quality which is delivered in every trip that we undertake.
