Gravity Defying Wedding Cake
This gravity defying wedding cake was made to the bride and grooms exact specifications and was huge.  The bottom tier alone took two of us to carry.  Every part of the cake was edible - even the ribbons were made of sugar.  Every tier was a different flavour of cake.It was a huge undertaking but we have made similar designs in differing sizes to suit various sizes of parties and weddings and they look just as wonderful.
