ABOUT US
With over five centuries of combined auction experience W&H Peacock, Locke & England and Southams form one of the largest independent auction groups in the UK. Locke & England held their first auction sale in Royal Leamington Spa in 1834 and continue to hold regular antique and general sales just off the grand Regency Parade. Founded during 1901, W&H Peacock have been conducting weekly auction sales in Bedfordshire for over a century. With a purpose built auction centre completed in 2017 they lead the way in modern auctioneering. Auctions were first held at the New Street salerooms, St Neots in 1863 and have been taking place ever since on the same site. A state of the art redeveloped auction centre was completed in 2022. Southams were established in 1919 andtoday are the automatic choice to provide a complete and dedicated centre for acquisition and disposal of Sporting Guns & Antique Arms.
HOUSE CLEARANCE
Every week our vehicles are on the road with our team collecting individual items, providing property clearances and dealing with commercial assets such as plant and machinery, motor vehicles, stock in trade, shop, office and factory contents. Our friendly experienced team can take the worry out of clearing a property.
