has a cracking sense of humour and goes the extra mile
I sent Pippa my brief and she not only followed the brief and understood what I wanted, but she also made suggestions along the way as to what I could add or should leave out. She also encouraged me to try out Gutenburg as until then I was only familiar with the classic editor. Pippa is very patient, has a cracking sense of humour and goes the extra mile. I asked her also to help me set up Stripe on my other website - something she hasn't done before, but now it's another thing she can do and offer future clients. I am very happy with the clean new layout of my new website and can highly recommend her.
