Let Only Service This includes: Appraising & Advertising your property, Tenant find & references, Tenancy Agreement, Receipt and Registration of the deposit, Rent Collection (if required). In addition, we can also arrange for an inventory, check-in and check-out inventory inspections, if you do not wish to conduct/provide your own. If you wish to provide your own tenancy agreement, we can also accommodate this and price our service accordingly.
