Bespoke Business Training
There are many uses for NLP in business situations and we have developed a number of training events to package the tools and techniques of NLP into short workshops so you can take advantage of these in your business. These workshops can be "off the shelf" as designed or can be bespoke to the needs of your business; this is particularly useful if you want to use these events as part of wider team building activities.Currently we offer as "off the shelf" packages:Engagement Excellence - the art of creating, building and maintaining Rapport(Developing your unconscious communication skills - consciously).Course reference: PCT-005 (1 day)Rapport is the basis of all our relationships and how well we get on with people, whether we know them well or not. It is a fundamental part of relating with other people, whether they are clients, friends, family, children, work colleagues or shop assistants, if fact absolutely anyone (even those who do speak the same language). You will do this naturally and unconsciously with people you like and we can develop and use this skill face to face or, over the phone, and it can be used in any situation. A Business Introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)Course reference: PCT-006 (2 days)This two day even takes some of the key principles of NLP, develops your understanding of them and how to apply them in business areas. As part of this event we will understand how the techniques can be used in communication, coaching, relating to others, interviewing, sales, negotiation, and many more.Adding real value to your InterviewingCourse reference: PCT-007 (1 day)A one day training which looks at how you can better assess candidates and what motivates them, how they will react in stress situations, how long they are likely to stay in a job, will they fit in with a team or are they best suited for working alone, will they be able to work well with customers, and many more.Adding the Value your Team DeservesCourse reference: PCT-008 (1 day)"Adding the Value your Team Deserves" focuses on the personal qualities of an individual - being positive and willing to take personal responsibility, creating momentum and excitement about what needs to be done and being determined and prepared to go that extra mile. In short it's about people who make things happen and display inspirational leadership in all that they do. Facilitation SkillsCourse reference: PCT-009 (1 day)A one day training for developing individuals who would like to understand what facilitation is, how it works and how to become an excellent facilitator in a business setting. The course focuses on the essential role of the facilitator and how they can add value to the business environment.Many of these events can be used as part of wider team building activities.
