Project Management
 We provide an experienced project manager (Prince2 accredited) to liaise with all contractors giving detailed requirement. Progress against expected time frames is monitored closely along with costs and estimates to complete. If any changes in the scope are agreed, these are incorporated into the project plan and new activities, times, and costs are managed once the changes are authorised. Progress is reported back to everyone having a stake in the project.
