Gas Safety Inspections We offer gas safety inspections, and certificates of safety, to individual homeowners, and on behalf of landlords, property agents, housing associations, local authorities and gas suppliers. We offer Gas servicing, installation and maintenance of domestic & non domestic gas appliances, both natural gas and LPG. We specialise in service contracts for our larger Clients covering the boiler and associated systems to include an annual gas appliance service and priority breakdown response. Gas Certificates  Gas appliances supplied by the Landlord in tenanted accommodation are Homeowner responsibilities, by law required to be tested and certified on an annual basis, IGS Ltd can complete all the safety checks and will accurately record the findings on the Landlord/Homeowner Gas Safety Record.  Gas Boiler Servicing and Repair Servicing is arranged on request and can be incorporated in a regular gas service visit if required.  Equipment covered includes: Water Heaters, Fires, Boilers, Free Standing or Suspended Air Units, Radiant Heaters.  Combustion analysis is incorporated in the gas servicing of all domestic and non domestic gas boilers. Maintenance, Repair and ReplacementWe undertake repairs and maintenance on domestic & non domestic appliances and are able to source and install parts for most makes and models. Commercial pipework and Boiler installations We offer our commercial and gas services to a wide range of clients including hospitals, hotels, schools, universities, restaurants; factories and warehouses below are some examples of the services we offer. 1.   Boiler changes2.   Pipe work installations and removal3.   Gas purging of commercial properties4.   Pipe work tracing5.   PE installations above and below ground entry6.   Meter installations7.   Soundness testing8.   Load testing9.   Installations up to 80mm screwed and 300mm welded Equipment and pipe work specification, full design work including liaising with gas supplier pipe work sizing design and specification and load calculations, Our technical advisor will undertake a complete site survey and will provide an estimate for the most efficient use of plant and provide a competitive quotation We also offer meter housing installation, secondary metering, pressure regulation, energy efficiency advice and reports. Electrical Safety Testing IGS Ltd carries out Electrical Safety Testing to all Tenanted properties, homeowners, buyers and commercial & businesses. All of our electrical engineers are industry qualified ( NIC EIC) Appliance Testing Each appliance is comprehensively tested to meet the exacting requirements of the IEE code of practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.  We use the latest PAT testing equipment and are able to test all portable appliances in your home or business, including - IT equipment , etc.  The inspection and testing will be carried out by a fully qualified electrical testing engineer. Kitchen and Bathroom Plumbing We can supply and fit all makes of kitchen and bathroom equipment including sinks, baths, showers and toilets. In addition we can also carry out any associated ceramic tiling works. Burst pipes and emergency repairs Water damage from burst pipes and water tanks can cause considerable damage to your home and your possessions.
