EPC
Up Energy undertakes Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for both non-domestic and domestic properties. An EPC provides an energy rating for the building, ranked on a scale of A to G. Producing an EPC requires a site visit to collect data about the property including the building fabric, heating, hot water and lighting.
