MK European Finance was set up so that you can speak to someone who shares a first language with you, so you can communicate freely to help you really understand the things you need to understand regarding purchasing, and financing of your new car. Some of the legal parts of the process will need to be conducted in English so we can be sure you understand basic documentation, but the majority of communication with you can be performed in your first language. We employ people from Europe, who speak English fluently, who are trained and have passed a SAF test, so you can be confident that the person you speak to really does understand the rules and regulations and will give you good advice. All our staff are required to take a SAF test annually to make sure they are up to date with any changes in legislation, and are fully compliant with UK law.
