At Burton Lodge Nursing Home, we work closely with our residents, their families, doctors and care staff to devise a comprehensive care plan, accommodating a range of needs specific to each resident. Our nursing team provide care and support which includes palliative care and respite care. We can also make arrangements to accommodate residents who wish to continue receiving care from their own GP. We understand that choosing residential care can be a difficult choice, but we are here to provide the right environment and a level of care that could not be matched in a private home, to ensure your loved one always has all the support they require. We have spacious lounges and dining areas with access to gardens and patio areas. We are currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment to improve the quality of the facilities that we have available. We have been rated excellent by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and part of this is because of the range of hobbies we offer our residents. We encourage reading, knitting and gardening among our residents, with a great selection of games, puzzles and books.
