Casualty Care First Aid Training is approved by the HSE to deliver First Aid at Work. We also provide a range of first aid courses including Appointed Persons, Paediatric 12 hr, Outdoor 16hr, Remote 16hr, Basic Skills 4hr, AED Training.We have a small team of experienced professional trainers, all of whom: hold recognised teaching/training qualifications, have real workplace experience of providing first aid, have experience of working in high risk environments, and are used to working with children and young people. We are CRB checked and undertake safeguarding training. Unusually for FIrst Aid training; more than half of our trainers are women. Trainers hold a wide range of professional qualifications in addition to their first aid experience. Trainers on advanced courses all have remote worker/ casualty care management experience and have served on mountain rescue teams in the UK mountains. Trainers on paediatric courses are parents and/or early years qualified.We specialise in a number of areas: First Aid in Outdoor Environments First Aid for working with children (5-15yrs) First Aid for working with young children (0-5yrs) First Aid and casualty care in remote UK environments First Aid for high risk environmentsOur courses are active and involve lots of practicals tackling scenario situations - there is no better training than 'hands-on' experience.
