Our users are often disabled, elderly, vulnerable or prone to falling but our alarms are suitable for anyone who needs a bit more support at home. Our monitoring centre is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our Customer Services office is open Mon - Fri: 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.
