OT Property Maintenance is a small, friendly family business that was established in 1994. We specialise in small to medium size jobs for homeowners across the Sutton Coldfield and Erdington areas. We cover all aspects of interior and exterior painting and decorating including wall and ceiling painting and woodwork and door painting, staining or varnishing. We offer an exterior renovation, painting and maintenance service including wooden window frames, wooden exterior doors, metal gates, railings and garage doors and shed and fence painting or staining. We also undertake other external maintenance tasks like re-felting shed roofs, installing guttering on sheds, installing water butts and garden wall/step repairs. OT Property Maintenance take on small landscaping and fencing jobs including turfing , decorative aggregate or slabbed areas and wooden fencing. We undertake small flat and pitched roof repairs, empty, clean, repair and install guttering, small repointing jobs and small loft boarding jobs. We are happy to consider any other odd jobs and offer free, no obligation quotes. As well as working on domestic properties we have also worked in churches, shops and community centres.
