The Doorworld was established in 1996 in Glasgow - a great place to start a business if you want some honest feedback!Doors are an investment and good ones, like ours, will be with you a very long time. They add value to a home and can freshen the appearance of a property. We have fitted doors in and around the Glasgow area for many years and the vast majority of our work now comes from referrals. This in itself is a great endorsement of a family run business which truly believes our customers come first. We realised about 5 years ago that there was a gap in the market for non-standard size doors, particularly low-maintenance internal doors, so we pioneered the introduction of Never Paint Again doors into Scotland. These are tailor-made for those awkward sizes so you don't need to compromise and hack lumps off your door to make it fit! We also have our own glazing department so we can truly offer bespoke doors to suit all tastes.
