She came to natural medicine through her own ill-health - she had ME, from which she is fully recovered thanks to changes to her diet, nutrition and herbal medicine. As a naturopath and herbalist she has great results in treating many conditions naturally, including the menopause, osteoporosis, stress, headaches, autoimmune conditions such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease and rheumatoid arthritis. Sara is a great fan of meditation, and runs a meditation drop-in and workshops regularly.
