Island Girl is a small family artisan manufacturer of top quality scotch bonnet hot pepper sauce called Ooft! The sauce is made and put into large vats where it matures for over a year making a smooth rich flavor. The recipe is an old family recipe from Trinidad from my wife's father who was a master sauce maker in St Joseph Maracas, Trinidad. We sell at farmers m,arkets in the North and also ship direct as well as being carried by specialist food stores.
