Get fitter and improve your co-ordination, flexibility and reaction speed. Beginners' classes run on Mondays from 19:00 to 21:00, starting on 5 June 2023. What does it cost?

Your first class is free. Then annual membership is £30 and you can either pay for sessions weekly at £7.00 per two-hour session or pay £20 a month and attend all weekly sessions in the month. When you're ready and before your first grading, you'll need a training uniform. These cost around £25.

Do you run children's classes?

No, sorry. You must be over 18 to train with us.

Do I have to be fit?

Not when you start. Fitness, flexibility, coordination will all develop as you train.
